Tymur Georgiyev315 days agoMy flight was delayed on 03.10, and I received the compensation on 25.11. At the airport I spoke with a very nice guy who helped me a lot - I give him 5/5. I was informed at the airport that the commission would be 30%, so I agreed to it knowingly. Communication by email does not really work. If you want to talk to a worker, you need to use the live chat on the website. In general, I am satisfied with the service. My rating is 4.9 out of 5.

Just a suggestion, when you claim for more people make transfer only to one account to avoid fee for bank transfer. I claim for 4 people and put my husband separately ( although it went to the same joint account only under different name) and was charged for 2 transaction what could be only 1 if I realised it at the beginning.
