Tymur Georgiyev343 days agoMy flight was delayed on 03.10, and I received the compensation on 25.11. At the airport I spoke with a very nice guy who helped me a lot - I give him 5/5. I was informed at the airport that the commission would be 30%, so I agreed to it knowingly. Communication by email does not really work. If you want to talk to a worker, you need to use the live chat on the website. In general, I am satisfied with the service. My rating is 4.9 out of 5.

Când aveți dreptul la despăgubire
Conform Regulamentului (CE) nr. 261/2004
Zbor întârziat
Dacă zborul dumneavoastră ajunge cu o întârziere de peste 3 ore, puteți solicita despăgubire, în funcție de distanța parcursă. Se aplică pentru zboruri în interiorul UE sau în afara ei, atunci când compania aeriană este din UE.
Zbor anulat
Dacă ați fost informat despre anularea zborului cu mai puțin de 14 zile înainte de plecare, aveți dreptul la despăgubire. De asemenea, puteți solicita rambursarea biletului sau un zbor alternativ.
Refuz la îmbarcare
În caz de refuz la îmbarcare din cauza suprarezervării (overbooking), aveți dreptul la despăgubire, transport alternativ și asistență din partea companiei aeriene (mâncare, băuturi, cazare).
Conexiune pierdută
Dacă întârzierea primului zbor vă face să pierdeți conexiunea și ajungeți la destinația finală cu o întârziere de peste 3 ore – aveți dreptul la despăgubire.

Sunteți gata să primiți compensații pentru zborul dvs. întârziat sau anulat?
Întrebări frecvente
În cazul în zborul dumneavoastră a întârziat cu mai mult de 3 /trei/ ore aveți dreptul la o compensație, cu excepția cazurilor în care compania aeriană nu reușește să dovedească că întârzierea a fost în urma unor ”circumstanțe extraordinare” care nu pot fi evitate cu ajutorul unor măsuri rezonabile. Această înseamnă că ea nu poate fi ținută responsabilă pentru întârziere.
În cazul în care zborul dvs. a fost anulat după ce ați ajuns deja în aeroport și întârzierea nu a fost în urma unor ”circumstanțe extraordinare”, precum condițiile meteorologice nefavorabile, greve, aveți dreptul la o compensație. În cazul în care motivul de anulare a fost o circumstanță extraordinară, transportatorul va trebui să vă ofere un ajutor/ recuperarea cheltuielilor sau redirecționare/ și îngrijire /masă și/sau cazare/ până când așteptați un transport alternativ.
În asemenea cazuri aveți dreptul la o compensație în cazul în care zborul dumneavoastră a fost efectuat de către o companie dintr-o țară din Uniunea europeană.
După analizarea cererii dumneavoastră și a actelor depuse de dvs. noi vom înainta o cerere către compania respectivă aeriană. Din păcate nu este posibil să prevedem și să stabilim un termen limită pentru finalizarea cererii. Ne vom strădui să obținem o soluție în termen de șase luni din data de depunerii cererii, dar nu putem să garantă întotdeauna acest termen. Posibil este procedura să fie finalizată și în curs de câteva săptămâni. Vă vom ține la curent în orice moment cu privire la desfășurarea procesului.
În acest caz nu aveți drept la o compensație. Conform Regulamentul puteți primii compensații numai pentru zborul întârziat/anulat dar nu și pentru zborul pe care l-ați pierdut. În cazul în care rezervarea pentru zborurile de legătură a fost făcută separat, această reprezintă două contracte separate, fără nici-o legătură între ele.
După înregistrarea pe site-ul nostru www.claimhelp.eu , veți primi un e-mail de confirmare a înregistrării dvs., precum și numărul cererii. În orice moment puteți să luați legătură cu noi la următoarea adresă de e-mail pentru a primi informații privind starea pretenției dumneavoastră.
Nu e nevoie să plătiți nimic. În cazul în care vom avea succes în legătură cu Pretenția dvs. noi vom deduce un comision de 30 % din compensația dumneavoastră plătită de către compania aeriană.
